Born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, I have strong ties to both my Acadian roots and large east coast family. I grew up in Ottawa west and the valley.
As a child, my summers were spent at the family cottage on Golden Lake, Renfrew County. My family now reside on Round Lake, Golden Lake, Wadsworth Lake and throughout the valley. I love spending time in nature (gardening, boating, kayaking, ATV) when I'm not helping my clients with their real estate needs.
Karen had a robust career in Kanata's High Technology Sector, excelling in management roles across Accounting, Supply Chain Management, and Supplier Quality. She has been a licensed full-time realtor for four years, gaining experience with condos, cottages, single-family homes, row homes, and commercial property transactions. Karen is adept at conducting market analysis to help clients make informed decisions and is committed to educating clients about the real estate process to ensure a smooth and confident buying or selling experience. She is actively involved in her community and leverages technology to enhance her real estate services.
Karen brings an abundance of energy to everything she does. She enjoys playing local team sports such as soccer, broomball, curling, and most recently, pickleball. When the weather is nice, she enjoys cycling and has participated in events like the CN Cycle and Rideau Lakes Bicycle Tour for many years.
